Outdoor Bergamo - Routes and excursions in the Bergamo valleys
Outdoor Bergamo is your pocket guide to the Bergamo valleys!
In the "Routes and info" section you will find everything you need to better enjoy Val Seriana, Val di Scalve and Val Brembana in all their facets:
- Routes: excursions at all levels of difficulty, with a sporting, naturalistic and historical theme to explore the area.
- History and culture: to travel through time and feast your eyes on works of art from Bergamo's craftsmanship.
- Sport and Leisure: not only walking, but also climbing, canyoning, MTB, fishing, paragliding, skiing. In short, the 360 ° outdoor world.
- Hospitality: structures where you can enjoy a relaxing stay immersed in the Orobie and restaurants where you can taste the genuine flavors of typical products.
- Information: to contact the Infopoint network and tourist offices and rely on those who know the area deeply.
In the section dedicated to "Maps" you will find the geo-referenced cartography of the valleys, which will guide you in your explorations thanks to the GPS positioning and the possibility of downloading them even offline: so you will always have everything you need with you, even on the higher peaks or in the most remote places where telephone coverage is scarce.
The "Events and News" section will keep you updated not only with all the leisure opportunities, but also opportunities to learn more about the valley, traditional events and festivals to dine and have fun with friends.
Through the "Experiences" section, you can easily sign up for trekking, guided tours, tastings, by purchasing the entrance ticket to unique adventures and extraordinary visits: the best way to experience the Bergamo valleys as a protagonist!
The App allows you to record tracks even when the screen is off, so in this mode, and only in this recording mode, prolonged use of GPS in the background can drastically reduce battery life.
